I purchased two of these headsets so my daughter and I could talk on Skype while she was studying abroad. Headsets are easy to use (just plug and play), they have very good sound quality and are comfortable to wear. The in-line volume and mute switch is convenient. During initial set-up, I had a problem with the microphone settings on my laptop. The Plantronics website had helpful information that solved my problem.

I play online games so have these on for hours and hours at a time with no discomfort. I wear a size 7 hat and these fit perfectly, even with my glasses. I could see why different sized heads would have a problem as they don't adjust at all. The sound is good (I can hear the footsteps behind me when playing), so I bought another pair for my other computer as well.

I DJ for an online radio station and I have been through many mics and headsets. They always seem to malfunction or break after only a few months. This is the best one I have ever owned - I recommend it to all my friends! Very clear sounding mic, snug and comfortable headset, all around great product.

I ordered two of this headsets coz i specially liked using behind-the-head kindda headsets...The sound clarity is far more superior than the one I used before(Altec Lansing one). However, I was a lil disappointed with this headset as it cant be wore for a long time...coz a lil awkward design makes it painful to the upper portion of the ear.. I got for arnd $20 and I find it as a satisfactory product. Worth a try..

The microphone is excellent and the sound is worth price. Someone doesn't feel comfortable with the frames. I think small adjustment will make you a little bit more comfortable. However, if you don't care the behind-the-head design, why not try Plantronics 350 headset?
